Wow, it's also good to see the insane wing of the blogosphere check in on this story. It's nice to see such intelligent people so eager to put all of their faith in a religion that "understands" women's rights so well. Oh wait, I meant "womyn's" rights.

I will add this: The American left's tendency to shoe-horn every last issue into absurd questions of "oppression" politics is doing more to harm the worldwide debate on terrorism than anything. Stop deluding yourselves: The world does not revolve solely around the notion that one has somehow been "oppressed." There really are bad guys out there who wish to do you harm:—Sinking into denial and self-blame is no way to respond.

With a face like this, who would've expected that the world's Photoshop experts would have all jumped in at once with their master craftiness. I'll be rounding up Rage Boy parodies here when I find them. Feel free to send them to me as well - just put the URL into my little comments doohickey here, and I'll post your parody here ASAP!

Status: As of 14:30 EDT, the hottest fires are burning in Pakistan and Kashmir and now, Londonistan. We've also seen a few pictures from Iran, and a brief mention of Indonesia as well, but no big protests so far.

Yes, the Metro in July. Honestly, is there some kind of charter that says that you must be 50 lbs overweight, dress in clothes that don't fit, and reek to high hell from all the sweat generated by walking five feet before you are allowed to tour this city. Also, don't flock like lemmings to the one escalator that is working, walk up the stairs, to the left at all times, and don't crowed around the doors, the rest of us would kike to get on as well.

Insulting the people who come to tour our nation's capital as being a bunch of smelly, overweight morons? Classy.

1.) The real problem is our foreign policy [f**king s**t] up for farmers in central Mexico; Do the anti-immigrant folks really all think immigrants want to leave their hometowns? their whole family? all of their culture [Ed.: They seem to be taking that with them, idiot. You would know this if you ever left Washington for a freakin' minute!] and their history and make a dangerous, expensive trip up here just for the dubious luxury of scrubbing your toilet and picking your vegetables? costing you money, my a**. The ugly little secret is that by and large Americans want things convenient and cheap and they don't want to work too hard for them. You don't want people to come to the US for jobs? fine. Put in place some decent trade agreements that don't [f**k] people over.2.) Why do all the fattest tourists pick the hottest month of the year to come to DC? Put the cheeseburger down! YES, you will have to walk everywhere. YES, you should have started training for this before you left Ohio, or Missouri, or whatever small midwestern town you came from. And lest I for get WALK LEFT, STAND RIGHT. wow, i feel better.

Does anyone else find it curious to see that Fidel Castro couldn't be bothered to show up for the funeral of the "unofficial" First Lady of Cuba, yet he has somehow found time to blog about it?

Personally, I still think he's deader than a doornail. Maybe his body double hasn't finished learning Español yet?

According to reports (heck, it's even hit the frontpage of Yahoo! News), Israel has killed 4 militants at the edge of the Gaza Strip today, in an "exchange of gunfire."



I'm also seeing a funeral for 2 jihadis from Fatah killed in an unrelated "exchange" of gunfire in the West Bank. It would appear that Libya is still trying to shake down the West for a pile of cash. Remember hearing about those Bulgarian doctors a while ago, who were arrested and put on trial for supposedly infecting Libyan children deliberately with AIDS? Well, it seems that they are entering their final appeal today, and their lives are in grave danger:

Libyan extortion.

Libya's Supreme Court says it will rule on 11 July on the final appeal of six foreign medical workers condemned for infecting 438 children with HIV.

Five Bulgarian nurses and a Palestinian doctor say they are innocent of giving tainted blood to the children.

The court is expected to uphold their death sentences but may leave a final decision to the High Judicial Council.

The sentences may be commuted in exchange for a compensation package for the children's families.

Fifty-six of the 438 children given tainted blood at the Benghazi hospital in 1998 have since died.

Outside the Tripoli courtroom, relatives of children who were infected with the virus gathered, with many parents holding images of their sons and daughters.

It's still a travesty of justice, and the European Union's silence on the matter is deafening. Apparently, the official position of the Toy Parliament is that Europeans anywhere should have no expectation of defence, should they have the audacity to travel beyond European borders. Britain is a society which openly condemns terrorism and yet acts as the right hand for all actions leading to mass massacre and terrorism in the Muslim world. Britain is a country which does not spare traffic offences and yet harbours terrorists under political asylum from across the world. Britain is a country which speaks of no ill feelings to the Muslim world and yet slaps hard at the entire Muslim faith by knighting villainous characters like Salman Rushdie. Britain needs no democracy as it has the highest level of hypocrisy in every aspect of its social life. Britain denounces terrorism and yet acts as a strong hand of terror for Muslims around the globe.

The axis of evil, comprising the USA, UK and Israel has left no stone unturned to damage and destroy the already weak Muslim Ummah and the Islamic world. [Ed.: You're obviously not very weak and destroyed, considering you are using your freedom to sit in the comfort of London and write this, Sir.] The axis of evil has begun a War on Terror to over power the spirit of Jihad. While every terrorism is condemned by the people of faith and the non-believers alike, yet the actions by the axis of evil are no short of a terrorism at mass scale, which can only be responded by a similar action of coherent and strategic warfare utilising the combined resources (financial, military, infrastructure and intelligence) against the axis of evil by the entire Muslim World, today.

Members of the axis of evil have several peripherals and followers who support them for personal gains. And yes, the members of the axis of evil, reward their peripherals and supporters in ways, which are an open slap on the face of the entire Muslim World. Salman Rushdie is one such peripheral of the axis of evil who recently got some kind of honor by a nation and a society which no longer has any moral, social or religious values. And for all the obvious reasons, decided to knight a person, who the axis of evil has come to believe, acted in their own interest to cause damage and insult to the Muslim faith. And they did it in no small manner. They knighted him in the most glamorous way, showing the muscle of their slap to the entire Muslim Word.

While people like Rushdie are a burden for this planet and must be executed, we all believe that a country which has come a long way to harness its hypocrisy into a much glorified law enforcing and law abiding country, will use all its resources to protect the followers of the axis of evil and may be make them even greater heroes. Remember, just as mediocrity promotes mediocrity, similarly bastards promote bastards.

There will be many Rushdies who will come and go and there will be the axis of evil with its torturous powers which will continue its war against good until the judgement day. But remember, that in the days of our beloved Prophet Muhammad sallallah hu alahe wa aaley he wassalam, there were even more villainous characters than Rushdie, who used to throw stones at our beloved Prophet. When Allah asked Prophet Muhammad sallallah hu alahe wa aaley he wassalam, if he wanted such villainous chaps to be taken to task, our beloved Prophet used to respond by saying that these people are non-believers and have astrayed from the true path. Prophet Muhammad sallallah hu alahe wa aaley he wassalam would then pray to Allah to give such villainous people wisdom and light so that they can see the true faith and embrace Islam. Such is the dignity of our beloved Prophet Muhammad sallallah hu alahe wa aaley he wassalam.

The axis of evil and their peripherals in likes of Rushdie have forgotten that ???IF YOU HAVE FAITH YOU DO NOT FEAR???. While the feelings of the nations belonging to the axis of evil will not be damaged if someone humiliated their religious prophets, however it is time for the Muslim World to see the reaction of the axis of evil, if some one tried to humiliate the Queen or the US President and then the humiliater gets the highest medal of honor from all countries of the Muslim World.

Three words: Get, a, hobby.

On a side note, it's delightful to say that just about every evil outlined in here by our new friend Hiryat in support of Islam's war on the West is something that is a part of the modern liberal platform.

The more times change, the more they remain the same. Check out this excerpt from a 1784 letter from Richard Henry Lee, Revolutionary war hero, to James Madison, who was at the time a Delegate in our General Assembly:

The accounts that we daily receive of the powerful emigrations from our State [i.e., Virginia] to Georgia, to North & South Carolina, & from the interior parts to Kentucki, are very alarming. The causes assigned, are two---;the desire of removing from heavy taxes, and the search after land. It certainly becomes our Legislature to consider this point with great attention, and to remove, or lessen the causes that effect the depopulation of the country. Do you not think Sir, that the Taxes might be considerably lessened by funding all our debts, both foreign and domestic---;And then, by imposing such Taxes only as will most punctually pay the interest & sink the principal by very slow degrees and for support of the Civil list? This would satisfy the public creditors, because the certainty of receiving the interest will render the principal vendible on good terms. It seems to me, that by this mode, the tax might be considerably lowerd from its present enormous height. I think that I may venture safely to say, that our Revenue, Certificate, and all other taxes, amount in the aggregate to a heavier taxation than prevails in any part of the world! Upon this circumstance, I find some British writers founding the hope of our depopulation. It surprised me a good deal that our last Assembly did not take up and adopt, for the ease of our fellow Citizens, the Facilities given by Congress in their Act of the 28th of April last. By this Act (which I understand is before the Assembly) one fourth of the federal demand against us, may be discharged with Certificates of interest for money loaned the U.S. or for interest on liquidated debts of the U. S. If these certificates were by law made receivable in the Revenue tax, it would certainly & considerably facilitate the payment of that Tax.

Apparently, as a result of post-war debt in Virginia, we had at the time some of the highest tax rates in the entire world, a fact which the General Assembly was seemingly in no hurry to redress. And, other than the differences in language between then and today, it's pretty clear that there were some pretty acrimonious debates on what level of taxation was even necessary.

On a positive note, it should be said that of the 13 colonies who revolted against Great Britain in our Revolutionary War, Virginia was the only State who paid off her wartime debt in its entirety, after a hefty bit of self-sacrifice.

It just goes to show that there isn't anything going on today that hasn't been dealt with before.
