Alien Video A Hoax?

A Denver man claims he has video proof of aliens visiting earth. Joining the minute number of only one billion or so nutters who have actually claimed contact with space aliens, Jeff Peckman provided video proof of alien existence. Sort of. Okay, he didn't provide [ed self-censor: "ca-ca"] other than a grainy, inconclusive video I could have made with a cheap video phone and a rubber mask. And why wouldn't we believe a man who refuses to release the footage?

The guys over at The Spoof seem to have evidence of a hoax:

"Firstly in the bottom of the right hand corner there is a faint inscriptions which appears to say 'eBaumsworld'. We also noted a striking similarity between the long, featureless face of the 'creature' and the face of Sarah Jessica Parker. We think it might be an unused outtake from the Sex and the City movie..."

In real world news, I, DMartyr, will be releasing video footage this weekend of an alien life form peeking through a window at Barack Hussein "No Middle Name" Obama during his Muslim prayers.

Look for it on Fox.

Proper Use Of A File Photo

Thank you for coming to class today. Today, we are going to discuss the proper, or rather the improper, use of file photos. As you know, file photos are shots that are used to generally display the topic of your article. For example, if one were to talk of whales and cite a recent research showing their grissly death due to global warming, you could find a file photo of a nice happy whale swimming in the sea. You have to make sure that the whale is of the same species that your article is referring to. And, preferably, in the same body of water or region.

So, for our first real example, I give you this webpage. Now, in case Ma'an News decides to correct their mistake, I have created a screen capture of the offending webpage and post it here.

Now, notice that the story talks of an bombing by an failure of a palestinian homicide bomber. Actually, in this case, we can accurately call this person a SUICIDE bomber because when he blew up his vehicle that was LOADED with explosives, he only managed to kill himself. Tack one up for the useful idiots.

Daily Dictator (Rosy-cheeked USA version)

With much reverence to Brian's (eerie) fascination with foreign dictators, I just had to include these as part of a new theme that I think I might want to work on. Depending on who wins the election, we might just have our own dictator-president. And, I would like to thank Sweetness-n-Light in presenting these pics to me so that I can have fun with them.

So, without much further fanfare, I bring you.....

OOOooouwwwwwuuuuuu!!

Yeah. I know. Kind of makes you sick to your stomach, doesn't it? Looks like she is dosing again.

Check out this pick of her. But I warn you. What you may see may not be kind to your health.

This is what happens when one drinks too much. Why are we seeing so many photos of her always drinking alcohol? I got nothing against someone who drinks....... but should a candidate for president always have liquor in hand? What does this say about how they will rule the world? If the campaign is driving her to drink (again), then how will she handle the presidency. Every man who has entered office has had his hair greyed significantly over his term(s).

Head on over to S&L to see all the pics that is (not) fit to print.

Daily Dictator

I'm going to be tied up in settlement all day, so I'll leave you with Mahmoud and his imaginary friend. It's not like I was going to be more entertaining than them, anyway.

"I sure do love you, Pooky!"

Gerry Connolly's Fairfax County

Is it now the official position of the Fairfax County government that illegal aliens are more welcome than the U.S. Military? Sure seems that way:

This week, the Fairfax County School Board threatened to sue the Army.

...

This is pretty petty to start with. Although the County projects that next year’s school population growth of 3,541 (not all of which is due to the base realignment) will require “an additional $22 million in spending and 358 new positions,” the overall impact on the County’s economy will clearly be positive:

* Over 20,000 jobs (net) will be moved into the county.
* 6.2 million square feet of office space will be built in the county.
* $3.8 billion will be spent on construction within the county, supporting nearly 8500 employees per year over 5 years.

That kind of economic stimulus is why counties are usually upset when their bases are closed, not when a base moves in.

Ok, I understand that Fairfax County is just trying to shake down the Federal Government for as much money as it can get. That’s ugly, but hardly unprecedented. But they need to understand how bad it looks when they welcome illegal immigrants with open arms, but give the cold shoulder to the Army.

Considering how much of this County's economy depends on the U.S. Military, the Board is definitely beginning to tread in dangerous waters. As I look out my window here in McLean, I can see two dozen other companies that are working on DOD projects as we speak. These companies are, thanks to the tax and spend policies of the Board, already paying through the nose for the supposed convenience of our locality. Does the Board really think that piling on more taxes (via litigation) is going to encourage these companies to stay?

Those of us who are reality-minded know better.

Be sure to hop over and read the full article, which is full of plenty of juicy details. Greg over at BVBL has more excellent commentary as well.

In other news, over in Gerry Connolly's Town of Vienna, we have yet another instance of warm, comforting cultural diversity, sanctioned and supported by the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors: Continue reading »

The Religion of Peace (and being above criticism)

A love letter from the lovely Islamic paradise that is Karachi, posted in response to Geert Wilders' Fitna:

No religion has any right to criticize other's religion, it is ethically wrong.
those who does so are real COWARDS....if you wanna fight with muslims, come to the ground instead of taking such silly steps like releasing idotic and nonsense movie....if you have the courage, come in front to fight muslims. If everyone in the world is behind muslims this is because they know how powerful we muslims are....and these cowards are afraid of fighting us openly.....

May Allah show you the right path of life
Ameen

Call for jihad much, Ameen? (I guess "Sara" is the name you use when you clock in for Dell tech support, huh?)

Now DMartyr knows that it's ethically wrong to criticize other's religion. I guess that's going to put a crimp on the posting around here for a while... ;-)

Look out, Mahmoud! There's a giant throwing-star heading straight for your forehead!

I bet it came from one of these ninjas over here.

The Death of Mohammed al Dura - HOAX?

One of the greatest pieces of propaganda to come out of Pallywood has been deemed questionable by a Court of Appeals in France.

The Israeli army, using the angles of the shots, demonstrated that the gunfire could not have come from their position. The independent investigators led by Philippe Karsenty, a director of the Media-Ratings watchdog, went further and said the scenes had been staged and that report was a “hoax”.

He was successfully sued for defamation but opted to press on to a higher court.

Last week, he was vindicated. Senior French judge Laurence Trebucq, sitting on the Court of Appeals in the Palais de Justice, acquitted Karsenty and ruled against France 2 and its reporter, Enderlin. They now intend to take the matter to the nation’s highest court, which rules on technicalities, not facts.

Judge Trebucq’s meticulous ruling upheld - point-by-point - Karsenty’s case against the al-Durra footage.

The inflammatory report was essentially destroyed when he ordered the government-owned broadcaster to produce all the raw footage shot of the incident and instead of a few seconds of film, an 18-minute excerpt, still not the complete sequence, was shown to the court.

It revealed staged battle scenes, rehearsed ambulance evacuations - but nothing to substantiate the toxic television report.

No shots were seen coming from the Israeli position, no bullets were shown striking the boy, no blood was seen on the father’s shirt, though he was said to have cradled his eviscerated son in his arms, and the boy is seen to move, even to look conspiratorially at the television camera, when he is supposed to have been dead.

Daily Dictator

Sorry, I'm running behind today. I still can't believe that we woke up without furniture! Mahmoud, on the other hand, can believe it all too well. And apparently, the knowledge is leading him to binge on chocolates once more:

Om nom nom nom...

Daily Dictator

Mahmoud takes the limo out for a spin.

"Okay, so maybe I was driving a little bit faster than the speed limit."

Which reminds me of this classic. I'd show you the pictures, but, well, you know.

I'm going to be tied up moving all day, so I'll probably be pretty quiet over here. Hopefully, I'll be back online and getting caught up with things tomorrow.

Newsweek Finds Racism

Newsweek has conducted a poll recently to determine if there is racism in the votes surrounding Barack HUSSEIN Obama. They sought to determine if race plays a roll in how WHITE people vote for their presidential candidate. They call their poll, "The Racial Resentment Index". Now, tell me that does not scream bias.

Here is how the poll was conducted:
The Racial Resentment Index is an additive index based on response to 10 specific questions measuring whites’ attitudes towards African-Americans, social welfare programs, and the civil rights movement. See Appendix for more a more [sic] detailed description.

Actually, there were near 30 questions, plus 2 extra that asked for political affiliation but they only used 10 to create their Index.

OK. Now if you as a white person, or a person of the Caucasus (for those in Rio Linda that means Caucasian), and you have rarely met an African-American, or have strong opinions about the social welfare programs of this country, and might even have some unfavorable opinions of the current civil rights movement, then you my friend are a racist.

For me, being a white American, I don't know how I would round out in their "index". I have only met a few true African-Americans in my life. Fortunately, I have lived many years in a college town and have indeed met a few African-Americans. One of my newest good friends is an Indian-American from the Christian part of India. I have had the opportunity to even meet a few Africans who were at the university on student-Visas. I have nothing against these people. They came to America to better their lives and get a GREAT education compared to where they were living.

But, please explain to me how my feelings toward new citizens from Africa could determine my level of racism? What if I hate Asians? What if I hate Muslims? Doesn't Barack HUSSEIN Obama have a muslim heritage? Why wouldn't a person's hatred of muslims factor in to whether or not that person votes for Obama. No, it has to be his perceived race.

Here is one of their questions to determine racism:
If the presidential election were being held TODAY and you HAD TO CHOOSE between… Barack Obama, the Democrat, and John McCain, the Republican (choices rotated) who would you be more likely to vote for?

From what you know about each of these three candidates as people, please tell me whether or not you think they would FIT IN WELL WITH PEOPLE IN YOUR LOCAL COMMUNITY.

And, please explain to me how it can be racism to not vote for Obama when his mother was white? Is it still racism when you can only hate half a person?? Continue reading »

Jimmy Carter: Traitor and Terror-Supporter?

Elder over at Elder of Ziyon has several new articles up that highlight some interesting behaviors by our illustrious and world-travelling former president Jimmy Carter.

The first of his news-citing articles comes from the Guardian of UK. In his post, Elder highlights how Carter is berating the UK for "one of the greatest human rights crimes on Earth," through its support of the embargo of the terrorist gang Hamas. Yes, you read that right. Carter said that placing an embargo against terrorists constitutes the "GREATEST human rights crimes on Earth". Carter then berates the UK for not having the courage to stand on its own feet and defying the US and the embargo. Carter also felt the need to attack:
Palestinian Authority president, Mahmoud Abbas, and prime minister, Salam Fayyad, who represent the Fatah movement, he was scathing about their exclusion of Hamas. He described the Fatah-only government as a "subterfuge" aimed at getting round Hamas's election victory two years ago.

Last night, before a packed crowd at Hay, Carter spoke of his "horror" at America's involvement in torturing prisoners, saying he wanted the next US president to promise never to do so again.

He left an intriguing hint that George Bush might even face prosecution on war crimes charges once he left office.

Daily Dictator

Mahmoud celebrates Memorial Day with his boyfriend, Khaled. You see, when he said that there were "no gays in Iran," what he meant is that there are none more stylish than himself.

"This will be fab-u-lous!"
