A Meaningful Endorsement: If Iraqis Could Vote, It Would Be For McCain

This is a much better and meaningful endorsement than Al Qaeda endorsing Obama. Iraqi civilians say, if given opportunity, they would vote for McCain:

For five years Ali and Mohammed have lived alongside US soldiers in their Baghdad neighbourhood near Rasheed Street, a prominent commercial artery running through the heart of the Iraqi capital.

During that time American culture and politics have become familiar to them, and they say that if they could, they would vote for Republican candidate John McCain in next week's US presidential election.

Obama's First Task As President: Lower Expectations

That's right, after the election instead of just being honest upfront, Barack Hussein Obama will attempt to lower the expectations of his millions of minions, who through plain stupidity have come to believe his empty rhetoric. "Hope" and "change" will become "dream on" and "you believed all that crap?"

Barack Obama's senior advisers have drawn up plans to lower expectations for his presidency if he wins next week's election, amid concerns that many of his euphoric supporters are harboring unrealistic hopes of what he can achieve.

The sudden financial crisis and the prospect of a deep and painful recession have increased the urgency inside the Obama team to bring people down to earth, after a campaign in which his soaring rhetoric and promises of "hope" and "change" are now confronted with the reality of a stricken economy.

Some Obamessiah followers will still praise "The One." After all, he is the first black man to become President. It doesn't matter if he's inexperienced or incompetent or even if, through his arrogance, he sends America spiraling into a pit of whimpering appeasement and economic devastation. They showed da man!

Other Obamessiah followers will realize - too late - as historical as it would be to have a minority President leading the (once) greatest country on earth, it was a Pyrrhic victory, as best.

Most, I think, will learn an incredible lesson about politics and how it affects our everyday lives, no matter how far away Washington, D.C. seems to be.

Be careful what you wish for. You might just get it.

CBS Poll: Voters Believe McCain Running More Negative Advertising

The fact that the media has been incessantly pushing the Messiah's message on this topic couldn't possibly have affected these poll results.

Nope. Not one bit.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have more pressing matters to return to.

That Which is Left Unsaid

When I ran across the photo spread of this gentleman (more), I was preparing myself for the worst:

In this still photo taken from video, Richard Graves displays the drill instructor hat he used to wear when he was in the U.S. Marine Corps, Friday, Oct. 3, 2008, at his home in Seattle. Graves says that his experience serving in the Marine Corps. during the Vietnam War and his opinions on the current War in Iraq have been strong factors as he makes up his mind prior to the presidential election. (AP Photo/Ted S. Warren)

Imagine my surprise when, upon searching a round a bit, I find out that:

When Graves looks at McCain, he sees a bit of himself.

Graves served in the Vietnam War about the same time as the Republican presidential nominee, and counts his military service as one of the defining periods of his life.

"It allowed us to be able to handle the adversity of the combat itself and the political turmoil," Graves said.

Can anyone guess why my mortal enemies over at the Associated Press "accidentally" forgot to mention in the wire photo caption who Mr. Graves was supporting in this election, and instead ran text that could easily lead the reader to believe he's opposed to the war in Iraq?

I'm sure whatever the reason, it had nothing at all to do with the wire service's editorial agenda.

Just like I'm sure that the Moon is made of green cheese.

Palestinian Women's Rights, Illustrated

Women's rights are protected to the utmost in the Palestinian terror-tories. Protected, honored, and even cherished far moreso than anywhere else in the world.

How cherished are they?

If you love someone, cage them up. That's exactly how that old saying goes, right?

BOYNTON BEACH — Carol Anne Burger killed her former lover by stabbing her 222 times with a Phillips-head screwdriver and then took pains to hide her crime, police said Wednesday.

Jessica Kalish, who shared a house with Burger despite breaking up with her more than a year ago, was found last Thursday stuffed in the backseat of her gun-metal BMW sedan, abandoned behind a medical office at 2300 S. Congress Avenue. Her blood was splashed around the rear end and undercarriage of the car, as if her killer had tried to load her into the trunk. The driver-side window was shattered.

Election Making You Ill?

Obamessiah will heal the sick. Guaranteed.

If that doesn't convince you to vote for Barack Hussein "There's No Escaping" Obama, maybe a little voodoo will...

What It Means If You Vote For Obama!

You know, with all the information about Obamassiah trickling out over the airwaves from the last few years, I started to think that people are getting a bit numb to all the "negativity" about their messiah of change.

It began me to think about a way to present Obama in a way that the "undecideds" would be instantly aghast at ever thinking of voting for the uh-bama.

If the mainstream media will not remain unbiased and present all of the candidate's good and bad sides, then it is up to those who seek the truth to present what they find. Since the media is refusing to show how awful and un-American Obama is, then those who love this nation must.

8 Reasons Why Obama Might Not Win

Columnist Eric Zorn from the Chicago Tribune - the same news organization that compared marxist, terrorist-friendly Barack Hussein "Spread the Wealth" Obama to Abraham Lincoln - writes "8 reasons why Obama might not win."

Aside from Obama apparently being a misunderstood, non-confrontational, victim of relentless rumors and smears, the last one pretty much abrogates the rest, so we'll just skip to number eight, which is the only reason, according to the left, Obama will lose:

8. He's African-American. Let's be honest. In this rotten year for the Republican brand, if a white Democrat were sitting in the polls where Obama now sits, this "how he might lose" talk would be absurd.

Be sure to check back on Thursday when Eric Zorn writes "8 Reasons Why Obama Will Win," which I'm certain will include the words "change" and "hope," but not "marxist" or "socialist."
