Snapped Shot ended up ranking #4 in the Photo Blog competition, with a rather large frickin' giant photographer community snatching the top slot by a wide margin, and #3 in the Blog Design category—Which means that next year around this time, you can expect this blog to magically transform itself into Snapped Shot.green, since that's apparently what blog readers are into these days. ;-)

All in all, it was an immense pleasure to even be able to participate this time around—To all of you who supported us through all phases of the 2008 Weblog Awards, and to the hosts of the competition, I give my warmest thanks! (And to the blogs who won in these categories, my hat is truly off!)

The official announcements will be made tomorrow morning, but since Bush v. Gore has no jurisdiction over the Internet, I'd assume this stands.
