Definition: Socialism
Socialism: The stage following capitalism in the transition of a society to communism, characterized by the imperfect implementation of collectivist principles.
Socialism: A system of society or group living in which there is no private property b: a system or condition of society in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state.

Socialism: Any of various political philosophies that support social and economic equality, collective decision-making and public control of productive capital and natural resources.
Socialism: The intermediate phase of social development between capitalism and full communism. This is a strategy whereby the State has control of all key resource-producing industries and manages most aspects of the market, in contrast to laissez-faire capitalism.
Please note the underlined sections. Please note how they fit within today's society. Please note how these definitions fit with what the current Administration wants to accomplish with its "hope" and "change" ideology.
With the nationalizing of America's banks by the Obama Administration, the controlling of vast areas of our nation's resources by the government, with the crush of American small business and ingenuity, how much more socialism can we take?
[Update:] Is it time for a passive strike? Is it time that we producers "shrugged" off this weight of debt placed upon our shoulders?
Dan Riehl found a nice quote from Ronald Reagan that sums this all up pretty well.
As a side note: The world knows exactly what the-man-who-would-be-king Obama is doing. "Hurry up and implement full-blown Socialism already!!"
And you know, when the Homeless have better cell-phones than I do, and are fed better than I can afford to feed myself, and yet, the Left still believe that is not enough, you know that we are in serious revolutionary trouble.
