So, what does The One Pres Obamassiah (pbuh) have to say about the massive unemployment that is at a record 26 year high?

With joblessness rising, President Barack Obama said Thursday he was "deeply concerned" about unemployment and conceded that too many families are worried about "whether they will be next" to suffer economically.

In a White House interview with The Associated Press, Obama said that since he took office, "we have successfully stabilized the financial markets," and "started to see some stabilization on housing."

Check out Gateway Pundit's link to the unemployment graph over the last 10 years. While we really did not recover from the 9/11 attacks, it is CLEAR that our misery started ramping up when the Socialists seized control of our government.

Am so glad that he is concerned. I am sure the newly unemployed are thankful that he is concerned for their plight. Hey, at least he "stabilized" the financial markets. Right? Granted, we can't count the 5 banks seized last week, or the at least 45 banks closed down since he took office.

They may be unemployed, but at least the housing market has "stabilized". Right? Prices down 30% with sales falling as much as 60%.

Yeah. That all points to stabilization. That depends on what your view is. Do you want the economy to flourish so that everyone profits, or do you want an economy that is built upon the confiscation of wealth and the destruction of the capitalistic economy this nation was built on?

But hey, at least Obama is confident in a recovery. Granted, there are only two places to go from here. Higher unemployment or lower. At least he can be only 50% wrong. But, haven't we been hearing since 3rd quarter of 2008 that every dollar taxed will lead to economic freedoms for the common man? We now have 6 TRILLION dollars in new debt and yet we are losing 6 trillion from the economy and the common man's pocket.

Yeah, that sounds like there is reason to be confident in a turn around. And all of this is on his back too. He needs to have an aire of hope. That was his message to the masses, wasn't it? He can't start admitting the truth now.

How's that stimulus money working for ya now? Happy now that the government has been taking over one industry after another? Fast Food industry will be next. If they can govern that the air we breathe out is a contaminant, then how much easier would it be to rule the food we eat is also a contaminant. It has already started in New York City, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, the People's House just passed one of the largest, if not THE largest, tax increasing anti-industry, anti-American bills in the world called the Cap and Trade bill. While people are losing their jobs and their homes, faced with having to pay back the debt from the 6 Trillion dollars this administration has promised to dole out, the House wants to raise your taxes further! Meanwhile, this bill will lead to further unemployment and and industry as many industries seek to move out of the US.

Not wanting to be left behind, the The President's Voice, or the USSA's Senate, has sought to fine you for trying to save money. Do you want to save some extra money during these hard times and not purchase health care for yourself? You think you are healthy individual and rarely need to see the doctor, so why pay for costly monthly insurance premiums? Too bad.

Americans who refuse to buy affordable[ED: Haven't they been saying insurance is not affordable???] medical coverage could be hit with fines of more than $1,000 under a health care overhaul bill unveiled Thursday by key Senate Democrats looking to fulfill President Barack Obama's top domestic priority.

The Congressional Budget Office estimated the fines will raise around $36 billion over 10 years. Senate aides said the penalties would be modeled on the approach taken by Massachusetts, which now imposes a fine of about $1,000 a year on individuals who refuse to get coverage. Under the federal legislation, families would pay higher penalties than individuals.

Who gave these people the authority to DICTATE what insurance I buy or if I buy insurance for myself or not?!!? Are you people understanding this? This is pure dictatorial control over your life. Are you ok with this form of tyranny? How about when the government, for your benefit, dictates what kind of car you should drive? If any? How about if they decide that it is up to the government who should procreate. It has been done before my friends.

And then, there is that bill that will force employers to provide sick and annual leave to part-time and temporary employees or face fines and legal action. Whatever happened to personal choice? Do you really want to pay $5 for a McDs burger so that the High School zit-head, who still can't get your order or amount of change right, can see a doctor for his acne on his own?

Make no mistake, this particular bill is aimed entirely at one group of people. The illegals temporary workers.

But, rest assured. The members of the Socialist's People's Congress feels your pain. In order to cut down on spending and eliminate waste, the democrat controlled congress has taken to going on vacation. A lot. Check out this news:

Spending by lawmakers on taxpayer-financed trips abroad has risen sharply in recent years, a Wall Street Journal analysis of travel records shows, involving everything from war-zone visits to trips to exotic spots such as the Galápagos Islands.

The spending on overseas travel is up almost tenfold since 1995, and has nearly tripled since 2001 [ED: That is 300% increase folks!], according to the Journal analysis of 60,000 travel records. Hundreds of lawmakers traveled overseas in 2008 at a cost of about $13 million. That's a 50% jump since Democrats took control of Congress two years ago.

And then this...

Although complete travel records aren't yet available for 2009, it appears that such costs continue to rise. The Journal analysis shows that the government has picked up the tab for travel to destinations such as Jamaica, the Virgin Islands and Australia's Great Barrier Reef.

Lawmakers frequently bring along spouses on congressional trips. If they take commercial flights, they have to buy tickets for spouses. If they fly on government planes -- as they usually do -- their spouses can fly free.
Paris Air Show

In mid-June, Sen. Daniel Inouye (D., Hawaii) led a group of a half-dozen senators and their spouses on a four-day trip to France for the biennial Paris Air Show. An itinerary for the event shows that lawmakers flew on the Air Force's version of the Boeing 737, which costs $5,700 an hour to operate. They stayed at the Intercontinental Paris Le Grand Hotel, which advertises rooms from $460 a night.

The lawmakers were invited to a dinner party at the U.S. Embassy and had cocktails at a private party at the Eiffel Tower. Mr. Inouye attended a dinner sponsored by the Aerospace Industries Association, a U.S. trade group. Another senator on the trip, Alabama Republican Sen. Richard Shelby, took a cruise on the River Seine with defense-industry executives and elected officials from Alabama, Mississippi and Florida.

Mr. Inouye and Mr. Shelby declined to comment.

Please note. I am not only picking on the Obamassiah for his socialist policies. He could not do anything if it were not for his cronies in the Congress. And, he gets an even greater push with corrupt, liberal, or bought-off so-called Republican members.

I say it is past the time to throw these anti-Americans out of office. With Obama being a limp-dick in the White House, and members of Congress spreading and spending money like it wasn't theirs to care about, it is time we voted them all out.

Our nation is facing some of its strongest enemies since WW2 and what is the government doing? Expressing "deep concern" and taking trips to Paris for dinner at the Eiffel Tower.

We have North Korea thumbing its nose at us and vowing swift destruction to those around it. Iran threatening swift destruction of anyone standing up against its nuclear program, especially Israel. What do we have? We have Obama expressing only "deep concern" and members of Congress taking all-expense-paid trips with their families to the Great Barrier Reef.

It is time to get pissed off and make a stand. Either Pres Obama stands up to these thugs and starts shooting down rockets and destroying their facilities in North Korea and imposing a strong embargo against Iran, or we need to stand up against Congress and tell them...

We are broke as hell and are not going to take taxes and governmental control any more!!!
