Heh: It Could Be Worse (you ungrateful peasants)

"Hey, what do you want? 40% Unemployment? We saved you. Get over it."

If it wasn't for Obama's leadership and foresight and complete awesomeness, your grandmother would be dead and everyone would be unemployed.

Now, while Obama and his inner voice did not see YOUR pain lasting this long, it could have been much worse. Sing your praises to him and thank him for your food stamps.

See Ace for the story. See here for the full-sized graph.

But note that the real unemployment is closer to 10.2%. This is due to people who just stopped looking for work. And, if you consider those ungrateful peasants wanting to find full-time work, that happy misery-index is closer to 18%.

Oh, but we are actually in a recovery period, its just you stupid over-taxed greedy employers who are refusing to hire hard-working grannies back.

You want some happy news? Ok, here ya go!
Since the start of the recession in December 2007, the number of unemployed persons has increased by 7.6 million to 15.1 million, and the unemployment rate has doubled to 9.8 percent

Meanwhile, things continue as expected:

"We still think the overall trend is moving in the right direction," said Christina Romer, chair of the President's Council of Economic Advisers.

Oh well, at least 12% of us are getting free food.

Oh yeah, and Obama, the wise, fixed that housing ... thing... we were bothered with a while back.

The number of vacant properties, including foreclosures, residences for sale and vacation homes, was little changed from 18.6 million a year earlier...

Meanwhile, tell me this isn't just freaking scary to realize how close we have now come to N Korea's indoctrination programs?

Now I find a brand new video. Once again confirming that our schools are being used as tools of indoctrination.

Holy Freak.

[Update] fixed a few grammatical issues.

[Update 2] Found a new video. One that is closer to reality.
