The Ghost of Snapped Shot

Or, welcome to my low-maintenance heck.

Hello, Reuters!

Oops, excuse me. Make that, "Hello, Thompson Reuters!"

As Charles Johnson noted earlier today, someone at Reuters headquarters is tracking stories about Fadel Shana. Looks like they're checking us out as well: - - [18/Apr/2008:07:45:47 -0500] "GET /archives/1891-Palestinian-Fauxtography.html HTTP/1.1" 200 30432 "" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.0.3705; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; InfoPath.1)" - - [18/Apr/2008:09:46:41 -0500] "GET /archives/1891-Palestinian-Fauxtography.html HTTP/1.1" 200 31848 "" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; InfoPath.1)"

I'd never consider two whole visits to be a "spike" on the order that Charles usually sees, but y'all are always welcome here anyway! Oh, and if you see anything that I've gotten obviously wrong, feel free to clue me in anytime.

For background on Reuters IP space, see here.

For the love of all that's holy, the Philistines are using Windows!

As a Thomson employee, now one of 50,000 Thomson-Reuters employees, I'm excited, if a little drunk on power, about going to work on Monday with the capacity to raise the blood pressure of my favorite bloggers by my simple presence on their sites. I used to be simply a goof reading blogs at work, but now I really am SOMEBODY! Log my page views. FEAR me. Mwahahahaha.

The only way you're going to raise my blood pressure is if you happen to be in the legal department! ;)
