Guess it takes too much thought to turn the engine off while it is in gear.

They can build bombs, shoot guns, and operate video cameras, but they still are unable to build decent roads or learn how to drive.

Anyway, the most surprising thing about this video for me is that there's somebody there operating a camcorder with nary a western hostage in sight.
