The Ghost of Snapped Shot

Or, welcome to my low-maintenance heck.

No Libel Like Blood Libel

I can guarantee you that the Arabic text on the cup in the poster to the right does not read "Cherry Slurpee:"

Palestinian Hamas supporters protest against the visit of U.S. President George W. Bush to Israel and the West Bank, in Gaza City, Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2008. Thousands of Palestinian hard-liners in Gaza staged protests against George W. Bush on Wednesday, burning Bush in effigy and underscoring the deep political split with West Bank moderates who welcomed the visit of the U.S. president as an important gesture to the Palestinians. There's more info on Palestinian blood libel here, if you're interested. Needless to say, I'm fairly certain that this is not exactly the most reasoned form of debate in the world—which explains succinctly why it's so popular with the global Left.

After all, which do you suppose is a greater "enemy of peace":—George W. Bush? Or these guys?

Near as I can tell, only one of the two is actually launching rockets at civiliansadmittedly, no less—at the moment, which seems to be a rather un-peaceful act to me.

Not "un-peaceful" enough to warrant any condemnation from global anti-war groups, apparently. Not that this lack of thought is all that surprising, considering the source.

Lol, is that muslim children's blood Bush is supposed to be drinking?

A little more trivia: Did you know Jews need the blood of children to make Matzah? No, really! It's true! That's why the Palestinians hate them. The real reason. Really. ;)

BTW, did you catch the photographer's name? HATEM Moussa. Sheesh, even their names are malevolent.

(Don't mind me. I'm in a silly mood tonight.)
