Nevermind that the Democrats themselves are responsible for failing to protect Americans from this financial crisis as far back as 2004:

And pretend it wasn't during Bill Clinton's Administration that Fannie Mae was pressured to ease credit restrictions and provide affordable mortgages to even the lowest income earners.

We should ignore all that and hail the Democrats for forcing tax-payers to bail America out of the mess Democrats themselves made:
