It's been a crazy Monday over this way, so I really have no idea what's going on. I highly recommend reading this report of what a carefully-coordinated media campaign looks like. Otherwise, for the local history buffs, the Fairfax Library has started putting together a comprehensive database of Fairfax County's cemeteries -- A historical tool which should be emulated by everyone else out there with the ability.
