Reminds me of this dude.
That's Peter MacNicol, playing the crazed Dr. Janosz Poha in Ghostbusters 2, one of my favorite movies. In the scene above, he's celebrating the return of this ugly guy, who was trapped in a painting or something. (Now I'm going to have to watch the movie again, just to relive the sheer awesomeness.)
Anyway, just figured I'd throw that out there, to help y'all visualize the insanity that having a known tax "evader" (and I use the quotes advisedly) remain in charge of the Treasury as long as we have.
