The Flotilla of Humanitarian Fools

Hope floats. Idiocy, on the other hand...

Remember that "Humanitarian" flotilla that was "unjustly" attacked by Israel while on its sweet, innocent way to the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip this past week?

And how Israel's "deadly" attack stood sharply in the way of them delivering Humanitarian aid to the poor, starving Palestinians of the Gaza Strip?

Lo and behold, the IDF has concluded its review of the ship that was raided by the IDF—and to absolutely nobody's surprise, there was not one single ounce of humanitarian aid aboard:

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has informed Israel's representatives the world over that there were never any humanitarian supplies or equipment aboard the Mavi Marmara, where Israeli commandos were ambushed by armed mercenaries posing as peace activists. The commandos opened fire and killed nine of the attackers after three soldiers had been brutalized and temporarily captured.

Of the seven flotilla ships that were intercepted by Israel on May 31 and afterward, only four were freight ships, the MFA reported to its embassies and consulates: The Challenger 1 (a small yacht), the Sfendonh (a small passenger boat) and the Mavi Marmara (a passenger ship) did not carry any humanitarian aid, except for the passengers' personal belongings.

Of course, seeing how regularly the peacenik brigade gets used as cover by terrorist groups all around the globe, could there really have been any other outcome?
