Recently, our very own captainfish tipped me to this intriguing blog post, written by CHANNELLOCK® president William S. DeArment regarding the direction our country is taking. I strongly encourage you to read the whole thing, so I won't reproduce it all here—but here's a little taste:

We need LEADERSHIP and true statesmen.

If you have any candidates in your part of the world that represent these thoughts: Support them! Help them! Put a sign in your yard! DO SOMETHING for them!

Regaining control of our country starts with this November's elections. I hope you will be there.

Anyway, my instinctive reaction was to shoot a note off to CHANNELLOCK's Public Relations department to gauge their take on this excellent piece—The response to which I just received this morning.
