All hail President Ignoramus.
I'm quite astounded by this statement, found in President Obama's address commemorating the start of this year's Ramadan season:
“And here in the United States, Ramadan is a reminder that Islam has always been part of America and that American Muslims have made extraordinary contributions to our country.
Yep, when Thomas Jefferson bowed down to the Kabbah in Mecca, he said it for our nation best with a hearty "Allah Akhbar!"
The long tradition started when the Caliphate sailed for New England to escape the oppressive unbelievers. And George Washington's successful campaign to drive out the Crusaders was the final nail in the coffin of the Kuffars on this land forevermore, inshallah.
I've never witnessed such massive levels of abject ignorance in my entire life.
Well, other than the time that Ahmad Bedier claimed that Muslims discovered America, that is.
(Debbie links to a longer, more detailed response to this statement. I'm limiting my input here due to the fact that 99% of my current response involves grunts and me banging my fist on my desk.)
PS:—No, it's not a double post. We just have different ways of expressing our displeasure over here at Snapped Shot Command Central. (Mine usually involve Marine Corps-grade language...)
