Media: Why Hide The Bias Any More?

Some of you may have seen this already, but as I live by my DVR, I just saw this tonight.

60 Minutes Presents “Obama: All Access” relives memorable moments from CBS News coverage of this extraordinary political figure… electrifying scenes already seen around the world, and quiet moments seen only on 60 Minutes. With nearly four hours of material, this DVD will also include never-before-seen material from exclusive 60 Minutes interviews.

So, how much was this love affair, free advertising and campaigning worth to the Obama's during and after the election? Guess it doesn't matter. Not like rules and laws matter much any more any way.

Not like the IRS is ever going to check. On the elites any way.

So, the next time you see a presidential candidate being interviewed on a news show, think of this and you will know their ulterior motives. And giving a free campaign ad isn't one of them. They will make their money back after the election. In more ways than one.

Anyone else feeling a bit creeped out by this??

Adultery You Can Believe In

The love affair with Pres Obama has now gone to full tilt. It has become so slobbery that female leftstream journalists are dreaming of him in adulterous affairs. So much so that it comes to this...

The other night I dreamt of Barack Obama. He was taking a shower right when I needed to get into the bathroom to shave my legs, and then he was being yelled at by my husband, Max, for smoking in the house. It was not clear whether Max was feeling protective of the president’s health or jealous because of the cigarette.

The other day a friend of mine confided that in the weeks leading up to the election, the Obamas’ apparent joy as a couple had made her just miserable. Their marriage looked so much happier than hers. Their life seemed so perfect. “I was at a place where I was tempted daily to throttle my husband,” she said. “This coincided with Michelle saying the most beautiful things about Barack. Each time I heard her speak about him I got tears in my eyes — because I felt so far away from that kind of bliss in my own life and perhaps even more, because I was so moved by her expressions of devotion to him.

I am now officially sick to my stomach.

[Udpate:] I think I have now officially had my first extra-sensory orgasm based on the reaction to the leftstream media's branding of Obamasssiah as "the messiah of Madison Avenue", the new "chic". They are the new "IT".

Meanwhile, the Obamas have not been in the Whitehouse a month now, but already we see even more O'gasms about how Momma Obama is doing such a fantastic job raising her daughters. Seems to me I recall how everyone in the media was gushing about how BAD of a job Gov Sarah Palin was GOING TO DO if she were even to become Vice-President.

How To Not Write News

Man, it seems like this is schooling weekend. Due to our current administration and its lovers in the leftstream media, I have a feeling that I will be conducing more of these free lesson more and more. (Dang, did I just say "free"??)

Ok, here is the original article found on Fox News. I have yet to find an author willing to put his name on this.

Let's begin with the analysis...

Death Is Good Business

Well, where have we heard that before? Hmmm?

Oh yeah... Mid-East Arabs and Muslims.

Case in point: Gaza Strip's infinitely-angry Palestinians.

A man walks inside the Nibras Print Shop in Gaza City as poster on wall shows Hamas militants killed in Israeli offensive.

Notice the title of the story as well: "Posters of Dead Sell Well in Gaza After Israeli Offensive"

Ahh yes. The new mantra of the year: the ISRAELI OFFENSIVE. It is a shame that Israel had to get all Jewish and just start attacking people for no reason.... offensively. Too bad they couldn't have had a justification for acting in self-defense, or... or... something. But anyway, I digressed myself. [eewwww - Ed.]

Once again, we are shown just how barbaric these people really are. And, once again, this shows just how popular the Hamas murdering terrorist organization really was in Gaza. If you think that the civilians of Gaza are not complicit in these affairs, then you are woefully ignorant. Recall, they were chosen by these civilians to be their new leaders because they felt that the PLO was not "terroristic" enough for them. They wanted more Israeli blood on their hands.

Did I get off track again?

Meanwhile....

Some were killed when tank shells hit their homes. Others died when bombs erased their offices. Still others met their end battling Israeli troops.

Now their faces are rolling off the presses at the Nibras print shop, which produces full-color posters and banners of the dead. In the wake of Israel's 22-day Gaza offensive — which killed nearly 1,300 Palestinians — it's one of the few businesses experiencing a postwar boom.

Does this author, Ben Hubbard, really think that these words are NOT glorifying these murderers? You can almost see the respect, envy and awe dripping off these words.

Who Is Israel's Real Enemy?

Is it Hamas? Is it the PLO? Is it the United States of America? Is it Russia as some Christian Bible prophecy believers believe it to be?

Or, is it the world's media? The world's media that leans liberal? Could it really be that Israel's greatest enemy over the last few decades is the world's mainstream media?

Take a look at this link that avid SnappedShot fan, BusyWolf, tipped us off to. The link has text and a video that was shown on international outlets. Let's start off with a look at the name of the link? Does that give you any clues as to the direction the story is going to go? gaza-israel-assault-medics-violence Now let's take a look at the text introducing the video from France television 24:

The conflict between Hamas, the Islamist Palestinian group that is in charge of the Gaza Strip, and Israel has provoked reaction worldwide.

Right there, from the very first sentence of the story, we can see the direction this story is going to go. France's 24 will start with the premise that Hamas, being basically just another Islamic group, is an official group that was duly and rightfully elected to be in charge of Gaza. And no one in the world should be challenging Hamas' authority to govern Gaza Strip. See anything wrong here?

France 24, it appears, is a state-run media outlet that is operated in partnership with France 2. As you may recall, it was France 2 that villified Israel in the made-up al-Dura affair. A Palestinian-media driven affair that tried to paint Israel as child killers, but was shown in court to be wholly faked by the Palestinian and their France 2 compatriots.

France 24, just over 2 years old now, provides Arabic, French and English programming, focusing on the French perspective, over the airwaves and on the internet across much of Europe and the mid-East. And we all know how much love France gives to Western-type democracies. Has France ever made statements in support of Israel or its actions? I know Sarkozy did during and following his campaign. I know there is also a strong pro-Israel contingent in France. But, as a whole, France's media and political machine despise Israel.

Let's analyze the France 24 text further (long post):

Isn't It Odd?

Isn't it odd all of the calls for humanitarian assistance in the Gaza Strip?

I mean, are we not hearing almost hourly pleas that Israel stop its "fiery", "massive", "holocaust"-like, "disproportionate" attack upon the Hamas terrorist murdering organization? They justify these calls for Israel, and Israel alone, to stop their attack in order to get food, water and flour (???) to the "starving" Gazans.

But, lest we get sucked in to far to the media's anti-Israeli bias, let us remember a few things.

Recall the 3,000 some greenhouses that Israel left behind when it vacated the Gaza Strip? Recall that Hamas and the Palestinian people there destroyed nearly every one of them. When Israel left, what did the "civilians" do in return? They rioted for months and destroyed most everything that wasn't sand or tree.

A week after they descended like locusts on the greenhouses that Jewish settlers nurtured in Gaza, looters continue to pillage what should be a prize asset for a fledgling Palestinian state. And the Palestinian Authority, which took over Gaza after the Israelis evacuated the territory, appears powerless to stop them.

When a Daily News correspondent visited abandoned Jewish settlements in Gaza, he found brazen vandals dismantling farms that once produced some of the world's finest tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers. The now-gutted greenhouses were gifts to the Palestinian people from U.S. philanthropists, who raised $14 million to buy them from departing settlers.

"All over Gush Katif the greenhouses have been damaged and a lot was stolen from them," Karim said, referring to former Jewish settlements in southwest Gaza. In Gadid, much of the expensive equipment used to tend the crops was stolen. So were the water pumps, irrigation lines and all the fuse boxes.

At the former Katif settlement, a Palestinian soldier, Pvt. Mohamed Cidawi, said looters made off with most of the metal support beams and even stole the plastic and canvas coverings that protected the vegetables from the hot sun.

In the nearby Neveh Dekalim settlement, there were no soldiers to stop 29-year-old Samir Al-Najar and his eight-man crew from demolishing a half-acre greenhouse. Al-Najar insisted the land was his family's before Israel occupied it in 1967 and that he was reclaiming it.

They claim the land is theirs, and yet they treat the land this way? Meanwhile, those 3,000 (some say 4,000) greenhouses could have provided the food and jobs that the world is crying out for right now. Think about that next time you hear the whining and moaning about starving terrorists.

Media As Anti-Israel Propagandists

From another great post from the Elder of the Internet:

When thousands of Palestinian Arabs were killed during Black September in 1971, there were no crowds at Jordanian embassies. When hundreds of Palestinian Arab civlians were killed in a single day in Lebanon in1975, no one protested. When thousands of Palestinian Arab civilians were murdered by Syrian-backed militia in Lebanese camps in 1985-86 (including Sabra and Shatila!), there were no demonstrations. When hundreds of thousands of Palestinian Arabs were expelled from Kuwait in a single week in 1991, there were no rallies. When Hamas and Fatah fought only two summers ago, killing hundreds in a month, the so-called "peace camp" was silent.

Only when Israel gets involved in a conflict do these "activists" come out of the woodwork. Ignoring the many conflicts around the world, their fake indignation is ignited at the thought of Israel defending itself. Muslims who barely go "tsk, tsk" when Arabs kill each other are driven to a frenzy when Israelis finally decide to act after years of provocation.

The current rallies aren't pro-Palestinian or even anti-war - they are purely anti-Israel, ...

The media is part of the problem when they refer to these demonstrations as being "pro-Palestinian." They don't give a damn about Palestinian Arabs, they never have and they never will.

Elder is right. You didn't see these people come out in protest the civilians being killed by Hamas or Hizballah, did you? Only when Israel started to make a PR, Pre-Obama, move to defend itself did these cockroaches come out of their hiding places. And of course, the media eagerly helps to propagate the shared message of hate.

Meanwhile, the press is still covering up for the terrorist murdering organizations, especially if it puts Israel in a worse light.

The leaflets reflected Israeli efforts to cast Hamas as the source of the conflict that has brought additional misery to Gaza's 1.4 million people, who live in poverty in the densely inhabited shard of land along the Mediterranean. Israel hopes the suffering will erode support for Hamas, which won 2006 elections and engineered a violent takeover of Gaza in June 2007, overrunning the forces of its Palestinian rival Fatah. [Ed: even saying that, it just doesn't matter to them]

For now, though, the fury of the Israeli onslaught has deepened bitterness toward Israel among trapped Gaza residents. ...

Israel launched the offensive on Dec. 27 after years of Palestinian rocket attacks on Israel, and has attributed many civilian casualties in the past two weeks to Hamas's alleged use of civilian areas as hiding places and staging grounds for attacks.
