Wow, who would've expected it?

Barack Obama has once again voted present on managing the war in Afghanistan, shirking his Constitutional responsibilities to our armed forces in a most obnoxious way:

WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama won’t accept any of the Afghanistan war options before him without changes, a senior administration official said, as concerns soar over the ability of the Afghan government to secure its own country one day.

Last time I checked, Afghanistan was not one of the 57 states of the American Union... and as such, their military could not in any way be construed to be Barack Obama's responsibility.

Which means that he and his lackeys are making excuses for their lack of action once again.

And that means that Barack Obama is literally nothing more than the chairman of the most indecisive committee in history.
