At a ceremony at the White House on Tuesday, First Lady Michelle Obama announced the launch of the ‘Let’s Move’ campaign to end childhood obesity in the United States, an epidemic she said is costly and a threat to national security.

Obesity is a threat to national security? And here all this time I've been worried about TERRORISTS, when I should have been looking out for the fat kid next door!

Someone needs to do something to stop this threat! Oh, wait! Barack Hussein is on the job:

The ceremony, attended by many officials of President Barack Obama’s cabinet, followed the signing earlier in the day of a presidential memorandum establishing a task force to study the problem and make recommendations after 90 days.

So... I guess this 'task force' will recommend something other than 'eating healthy' and 'plenty of exercise'? Must be much more if it takes a whole 'task force' and 90 days!

“This isn’t like a disease where we’re still waiting for a cure to be discovered – we know the cure for this,” Obama said. “This isn’t like putting a man on the moon or inventing the Internet. It doesn’t take some stroke of genius or feat of technology.

WTF? So, we are going to pay a whole 'task force' for 90 days to tell us what we already know? This is crazy. How many jobs will this 'task force' create or save (other than their own)? At a time when American's are hurting, when the national debt is out of control, Barack is using hard-earned taxpayer money to fund his wife's pet projects.

It's nice to see Washington still has money to blow.

In an oped in USA Today, John Brennan -- Assistant to the President and Deputy National Security Advisor for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism -- responds to critics of the Obama administration's counterterrorism policies by saying "Politically motivated criticism and unfounded fear-mongering only serve the goals of al-Qaeda."

So, it appears America is made up of the following:

1) Racists

2) Rightwing Extremists (this category includes Teabag Partiers and Veterans)

3) Un-Patriotic Americans

4) Terrorist supporters

or

5) Obama supporters

In his State of the Union Address on Wednesday, President Barack Hussein Obama referred to the Constitution of the United States of America:

We find unity in our incredible diversity, drawing on the promise enshrined in our Constitution: the notion that we are all created equal…

Um... wrong. It was in the Declaration of Independence that we find that affirmation of equality.

For a man who claims to be a "constitutional law professor," it shouldn't be that difficult to separate the two documents.

He is now Commander-in-Chief of the United States. I wonder if he really understands his duties in that position...
