This Snapped Shot turbo End User License Agreement ("Agreement") becomes a binding contract between you and Snapped Shot when you signify your consent by selecting the "I agree with these terms" checkbox below this text, and continue with the User Registration Process. Please read the full text to this agreement before continuing to ensure that you agree to the Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Part I—Terms and Conditions

1. You are bound by this Agreement, and you acknowledge that your use of the Snapped Shot "turbo" interactive user environment ("System") is governed by all of the terms contained within.

2. This instrument is non-negotiable, and applies to all usage of this System and its auxiliary components. By consenting to this Agreement, you hereby confirm that you agree to any further modifications of the Agreement that may be issued from time to time.

3. "Submission" in the context of this Agreement refers to the act of posting an image or text to the System for viewing by other users.

4. All users of Snapped Shot turbo are prohibited from uploading Copyright-protected works to the System. Copyright owners who wish to object to content displayed within will be provided a mechanism to bring said objections to the attention of site Administrators.

Part II—Fair Use Policy

Where pictures, images, or other material are used on this website, they are the Copyrighted property of the photographer, the wire agency, the artist, or the author who otherwise created them. All Copyrighted materials used herein are considered to be acceptable as "Fair Use" in accordance with Title 17, Section 107 of the United States Code.

If you are the publisher or owner of any Copyrighted material on this website and you object to its usage, please contact Snapped Shot directly, and appropriate actions will be taken to resolve your complaint. Please state concise reasons, examples, and position regarding your complaint, or there may be a resulting delay in processing your request.
